This business in Egypt until today there is no competitors but as we know every business around the world has a strength point and has a weak point.
(i) So in our case of business our strength that for example a female dog and a male dog could get for us a new small cute dog where is the animal since its small it’s more expensive then when it grows up.
(ii) Another point when our men go to search for wields animals that has no owners or lost animals. They could find for example a Horse lost from his owner.
(iii) Then we get the hours our Veterinary Hospital and give it some medicine if we found anything wrong about it we try to fix it up for example if it got sick or hurt we deal with it until it becomes better than before.
(iv) Animal treatment we have a very professional doctors came from all around of the world they could help any animal that is sick to get better then he was by giving it some medicine or injections and some vitamins as sure.
(v) Although that business could work as a service for example Mr. Alex his dog was lost we send 2 capture cars to the address required and they start searching for his dog and then we give him it back and if anything happened to that dog since it was lost we could fix it up and give him a payroll with it no more.
(vi) Hopefully we are thinking about doing another business that services our business is to sale some animal clothes &--
accessories we could make it through internet and the customer could buy it by credit card and the company delivers it for free to him.
(vii) Our weak point is for sure if any animal died after we gave it a medicine and we made it so fit and died that will make us lose some money the disaster is when there is a virus with an animal and a lot of animals get infected that will cost us a lot of money to help up all of these animals to get fit again. Maybe this also is a weak point if any of our workers got hurt from an animal the company will take off the hospital payment on him until he gets back to work again.
(viii) I will describe a small part of a thing. This business is totally proprietorship business because Mr.Mekhaeil the owner he is at the same time the manger of the whole project because he has a big experience I this subject. Also our staff Dr. Nader Nada chooses very professional doctors that have experience at least 10 years in this staff of Veterinary medical equipment.
(ix) The first thing I hope to be fit as it is the quality product the animal that we sale it have to be so fit and so clean to be able to live with people without hurting them. About the price will make the government help us some in the case of price to not sale with expensive prices and not to make me lose in my sale to sale with low costs?
(x) Also the services we will make an open E-commerce site to make people who want any kind of animals around Egypt we could deliver the animal that they choose through the internet but they have to pay for the service 50% of the service cost 100% on us a 0% on our friendly customer.
